On Saturday, October 15, 2022, we gathered at Fairwinds Estate Winery (4550 Silverado Trail North, Calistoga, California) for a weekend filled with private wine cave barrel tastings, farm-to-table culinary experiences, live music, and an atmosphere of brotherhood, all paired with the finest In Hoc Napa Valley and Fairwinds wines.

The special weekend will begin with a private wine cave barrel tasting event hosted by Proprietor & Significant Sig Brandon Chaney.
The evening will begin at 6pm. Be amazed by a live handmade mozzarella station and inspired by the farm to table past hors d’oeuvres during the pre-dinner reception.
The dinner reception and live music in the wine cave will follow at 7pm by a seated four-course gourmet culinary experience paired with the perfect wine selections.
Live music, exquisite cuisine, and Sigma Chi brotherhood will make this a truly magnificent event and one not to be missed!
